You really don't have to wait for Thanksgiving leftovers because they're soooo good and so sinful that you can make them ANYTIME. They are also killer appetizers to bring to a potluck or any get together. They'll be great for Christmas.
Sausage Stuffing Bacon Bombs Recipe
Prepared sausage stuffing (see note below), cooled.
1 lb package of thick cut bacon, uncooked (any kind)
***Note: When I make stuffing, I add in cooked sage sausage to it. Make the recipe you like to make and just add some ground sage stuffing***
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
3. Roll stuffing mix into approximately 12 oblong balls.
4. Wrap each ball with a strip of bacon. You can secure with toothpicks but the bacon will seal itself around each ball.
5. Sprinkle each ball with brown sugar.
6. Bake 20 minutes (until bacon is cooked and crispy)
These containers are awesome. First off- they have a Leak-Proof airtight seal. That means your soup isn't going to leak out! Win! When I opened the latches, I could hear the air release.
They also have built-in vents for splatter resistant microwaving.. You can actually leave the lid on and latches open and bam! Splatter prevention. They're also crystal clear and stain & odor resistant! See what you're storing AND then the bacon smell doesn't linger.
They're stackable which helps save space!
