Ugh.  Digestive drama.  That's what I refer to it as- DRAMA.  Gas, bloating, indigestion, cramping, fatigue- you name it.  Misery.

I have been working out more and more lately.  After a workout, I like to have a good snack and frankly, I like a nutritional drink but most mess my stomach up.

I am VERY excited to find ProNourish at the store.

The ProNourish nutritional drink has 3g of fiber, 15 g of high quality protein and has 25 essential vitamins and minerals.

Since I am drinking it post workout, I love that there is NO high fructose corn syrup in them OR sugar alcohols or artificial colors.  I am trying to clean up my diet as much as possible and this is great option for me.  If you can't digest gluten, these do not have gluten in them.

I located ProNourish at my Fry's grocery store (a Kroger banner store!) in the nutritional drink aisle and they come in packs of six.  ProNourish comes in two flavors- French Vanilla and Strawberry Banana.  I can't eat strawberries, so I only grabbed French Vanilla.  It's DELICIOUS!
