One of my all time favorite sandwich topping is chicken salad and there's nothing better than taking a classic and playing with it. My jalapeno avocado chicken salad is so full of flavor and makes GREAT leftovers. It's the PERFECT, wholesome snack when served on Wasa Crispbreads.
Have you tried Wasa before? They're soooooooo good and filling. They're fat free and 100% whole grain. I have been working on improving what I eat and making better food choices and these are PERFECT. Easy to find at Walmart!
They are a perfect blank slate for any topping. Peanut Butter & Banana makes an easy snack topping. BBQ Chicken with red onions. Avocado slices and cotija cheese are another great idea! DUDE!!! Blog series idea! Wasa Crispbread toppings! Eeks. Stoked. So stoked.
The jalapeno avocado chicken salad recipe is super easy and full of flavor. I make a large batch of it and eat it for lunch and snack all week at work. It is also one of those meals that just tastes even better the next day!
Full of cilantro, avocado, lime, tomatoes, chicken, mayo and seasoning. Delicious.
