Easter Sunday morning is just a special morning.  The kids are excited to hunt for eggs, play with friends and see family.   Easter meals are always a nice, big occasion.  Why not make breakfast as special? Whip up these super easy Hoppy Easter Pancakes for Easter morning for a special treat that will absolutely make everybody smile!

Here's the recipe for the Hoppy Easter Pancakes

HOPPY EASTER PANCAKES

Ingredients: 

2 Tbsp oil
1 Cup milk
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup sugar
1 1/3 Cup flour
2 Tsp baking powder
Colorful marshmallows

Directions: 

Mix the oil and the sugar together. Add the eggs and the water.
Mix in the baking powder. In 2 additions add the flour and mix until everything is well incorporated and there are no lumps.
Grease a skillet and place it over medium heat. 
Using a 1/4 cup, scoop the batter onto the warm skillet. Cook for 2 minutes until small bubbles form at the top. Flip and cook the other side. 
Repeat the process with the remaining batter. 
Top with colorful marshmallows
